Estimating data is some of the most sensitive information in a contracting business — custom price lists, GC relationships, win-loss patterns, and bid totals. BluPrynt is built so your data stays yours: region-locked, tenant-isolated, encrypted, and never used to train AI models.
The platform runs on Vercel and Supabase Postgres in US regions, with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Service-level access uses scoped tokens and is audit-logged.
US-only data residency
All blueprints, estimates, and pricing data are stored in a region-locked US database. No cross-border replication.
Row-level security
Every record is scoped to your account. Your bids, custom price lists, and uploads are isolated by tenant — enforced at the database layer.
No AI training on your uploads
We do not use customer blueprints, price lists, or estimates to train models. Your bid data is yours.
Encryption in transit & at rest
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Database backups encrypted with managed keys.
SSO & access control
Enterprise plans include SSO and role-based access for multi-estimator shops. Audit logs on every estimate action.
