Agreement
These Terms govern your use of BluPrynt, an AI plumbing estimating platform operated by Bujify Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“BluPrynt”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Plan limits (estimates per month) reset each billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no refunds for partial periods.
AI output disclaimer
BluPrynt uses AI to extract line items from blueprints. Output includes confidence scoring and flags lower-confidence items for review. The estimate is a tool to assist a qualified estimator — not a substitute for professional judgment or final review. You are responsible for the bids you submit.
Your data
You retain all rights to the blueprints, price lists, and estimates you upload. You grant BluPrynt a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service to violate the rights of any third party.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluPrynt's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
